Slow Cooker Crock Pot

  • 8
    croissants, torn into thirds
  • 3 c
  • 1 c
    light cream
  • 2/3 c
    dried fruit (cranberries, cherries, blueberries, etc)
  • 1/3 c
    apple juice
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 4
    eggs, beaten
  • 2 tsp
  • dash(es)

How to Make Croissant Pudding


  1. Soak dried fruit in the apple juice; set aside. Spray inside of crock pot.
  2. In a large bowl combine milk, cream, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt.
  3. Place 1/3 of croissants pieces in the crock pot and sprinkle with 1/3 of soaked fruit. Pour 1/3 of egg mixture on top. Repeat layers twice again. Pour remaining liquid from the fruit over the top of the layers. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  4. Cook on low 8 hours. When ready to serve, top with syrup.
