Slow Cooker Crock Pot

croissants, torn into thirds
3 c
1 c
light cream
2/3 c
dried fruit (cranberries, cherries, blueberries, etc)
1/3 c
apple juice
1/3 c
brown sugar
eggs, beaten
2 tsp

How to Make Croissant Pudding


  • 1Soak dried fruit in the apple juice; set aside. Spray inside of crock pot.
  • 2In a large bowl combine milk, cream, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt.
  • 3Place 1/3 of croissants pieces in the crock pot and sprinkle with 1/3 of soaked fruit. Pour 1/3 of egg mixture on top. Repeat layers twice again. Pour remaining liquid from the fruit over the top of the layers. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  • 4Cook on low 8 hours. When ready to serve, top with syrup.
