Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients
- 8 - croissants, torn into thirds
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup light cream
- 2/3 cup dried fruit (cranberries, cherries, blueberries, etc)
- 1/3 cup apple juice
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- dash salt
How To Make croissant pudding

Step 1Soak dried fruit in the apple juice; set aside. Spray inside of crock pot.

Step 2In a large bowl combine milk, cream, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt.

Step 3Place 1/3 of croissants pieces in the crock pot and sprinkle with 1/3 of soaked fruit. Pour 1/3 of egg mixture on top. Repeat layers twice again. Pour remaining liquid from the fruit over the top of the layers. Refrigerate 4 hours.

Step 4Cook on low 8 hours. When ready to serve, top with syrup.
