1 lbbacon, diced cooked and drained or 1 pound cooked ham cubed

1 mddiced onion

1 smgreen pepper diced

1 1/2 cshredded cheddar or monterrey jack cheese

1dozen eggs

1 cmilk
-
1 tspsalt

1 tsppepper
How To Make crockpot western omelet casserole

1Place layer of frozen potatoes on the bottom ot the slow cooker, followed by a layer of bacon, the onions, greenpepper and cheese.

2Repeat the layering process two or three more times, ending with a layer of cheese.

3Beat the eggs, milk,salt, and pepper together. Pour over the crockpot mixture.

4Cover and turn on low. Cook for 10-12 hours.
