  • - 1 loaf firm bread
  • - 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • - 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • - 10 eggs
  • - 1 1/2 cups half and half
  • - 8 tablespoons butter, melted

How To Make cream cheese french toast

  • Step 1
    Cube bread and layer 1/2 in a 9x13 baking pan. Cut the cream cheese into small pieces and scatter across the bread. Cover with the rest of the bread. Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over the bread. Press the bread cubes down to absorb the liquid.
  • Step 2
    Refrigerate overnight. The next day, bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Serve with maple syrup.
