grated cheese, cooked veggies, cooked ham, beef, chicken and seafood, minced (can use left overs to make this dish)
condensed cream soup, chicken or mushroom
egg whites, beaten stiffly
How To Make
Heat solids and soup together. Whisk eggs in quickly one at a time into soup mixture. COOL. STIFFLY beat egg whites and gently fold into soup mixture. Pour into a buttered souffle' dish. Bake about 40 minutes at 325 - 350 degrees. Remember oven temps vary.
