Cold Morning Sausage Cheese Bake
Some people need more salt but make it first and then you can decide what tastes need "tweeking" !

1 lb lbsausage
1/2 cchopped onion
1/4 cparmesan cheese
1/2 cgrated swiss cheese
1 1/2 Tbspfresh parsley
2 cbiscuit mix
How to Make Cold Morning Sausage Cheese Bake
- Brown sausage and then drain. Add next 6 ingredients.
- In a separate bowl make batter of biscuit mix, 3/4 cup milk and mayonnaise.
Grease an 11x7x2 inch pan. Pour in and spread one half of the batter. Pour in sausage mixture, then spread remaining batter on top.
- Mix egg yolk with water and brush on top.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until cake leaves side of pan.
Cool 5 minutes before cutting into 3 " squares. Bon Appetit!
