Ingredients
- 1 pound bob evans sasuage (any flavor)
- 1 medium onion
- 1 1/2 cups shredded potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 box frozen french toast (cinnamon)
- 4 large eggs
- - salt and pepper to tast (pinch)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
How To Make cinnamon french toast bake!

Step 1Preheat oven at 350 F. Cut the french toast sticks in 1 inch pieces. Layer the bottom of a 9x13 pan with french toast.

Step 2In a small skillet brown your onions with butter,then set aside, cook sausage as directed on pkg.Add with onions.Spread evenly over french toast.

Step 3In a large bowl mix potatoes,(1 c of) cheese,eggs, salt pepper,vanilla,& cream. Pour over sausage and frech toast.Place the pan in oven and bake for 30 min.remove and sprinkle with remaining cheese and baking until cheese melts (about 5 min).Top with maple syrup and serve.
