Ingredients

  • 1 pound bob evans sasuage (any flavor)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 box frozen french toast (cinnamon)
  • 4 large eggs
  • - salt and pepper to tast (pinch)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

How To Make cinnamon french toast bake!

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven at 350 F. Cut the french toast sticks in 1 inch pieces. Layer the bottom of a 9x13 pan with french toast.
  • Step 2
    In a small skillet brown your onions with butter,then set aside, cook sausage as directed on pkg.Add with onions.Spread evenly over french toast.
  • Step 3
    In a large bowl mix potatoes,(1 c of) cheese,eggs, salt pepper,vanilla,& cream. Pour over sausage and frech toast.Place the pan in oven and bake for 30 min.remove and sprinkle with remaining cheese and baking until cheese melts (about 5 min).Top with maple syrup and serve.
