2Dough: In a bowl large enough to hold dough....dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add sugar and melted butter, salt, eggs and mix well. Let stand a few minutes to bubble. Add flour and knead dough adding flour to knead the dough. Smooth dough out and put a little softened butter on top of the dough. Cover and put in a warm place to rise. Remove dough and roll out onto a floured surface to at least 20 or so inches by 15 inches wide and don't make it too thin. 1/4 inch would be good. Spread the dough with softened butter and cover with the filling mixture. Roll the dough up and slice in 1/1/2 to 2 inch slices and place in a greased 9x13 baking pan. Cover and let rise again. Preheat oven to 375. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. I glaze these with a cream cheese glaze or vanilla glaze, whichever you like.
3I checked mine at 20 minutes, they weren't ready. It took 30 minutes in my oven.
