cinnamon buns by rr
I'm actually testing out different flavors on homemade buns. This is the first one. Yeast products require time, winter is the time for me. I'll be trying other flavors too. Enjoy.

How To Make cinnamon buns by rr
-
Step 1Mix the filling ingredients and set aside.
-
Step 2Dough: In a bowl large enough to hold dough....dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add sugar and melted butter, salt, eggs and mix well. Let stand a few minutes to bubble. Add flour and knead dough adding flour to knead the dough. Smooth dough out and put a little softened butter on top of the dough. Cover and put in a warm place to rise. Remove dough and roll out onto a floured surface to at least 20 or so inches by 15 inches wide and don't make it too thin. 1/4 inch would be good. Spread the dough with softened butter and cover with the filling mixture. Roll the dough up and slice in 1/1/2 to 2 inch slices and place in a greased 9x13 baking pan. Cover and let rise again. Preheat oven to 375. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. I glaze these with a cream cheese glaze or vanilla glaze, whichever you like.

Step 3I checked mine at 20 minutes, they weren't ready. It took 30 minutes in my oven.
