Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 can 4 oz. chopped green chiles
- 8 large eggs
- dash salt and pepper
How To Make chili rellenos breakfast casserole

Step 1Layer cheese and chilies in lightly buttered square casserole dish. 10 x 8 x 2 inch is what I used.

Step 2Slightly beat the eggs adding salt and pepper to taste. Pour eggs over cheese mixture.

Step 3Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm. Let cool for 10 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.

Step 4To make ahead. Bake as directed, cool, cover and refrigerate. To reheat pop a square in the microwave or place casserole covered with foil in the oven for 20 minutes at 300 degrees.
