- 10 - eggs
- 1 pint cottage cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pound shredded montery jack cheese
- 1/2 cup flour
- 7 oz cans diced ortega chile
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- dash salt and pepper
How To Make chile quiche

Step 1mix eggs, melted butter, flour,baking powder, and salt and pepper in large mixing bowl.

Step 2add cottage cheese, chiles, and grated jack cheese. pour into a 9x13 glass pan. bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn down heat to 250 for 45 minutes or until middle is set and done.
