How To Make chile quiche

1mix eggs, melted butter, flour,baking powder, and salt and pepper in large mixing bowl.

2add cottage cheese, chiles, and grated jack cheese. pour into a 9x13 glass pan. bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn down heat to 250 for 45 minutes or until middle is set and done.
