Great brunch recipe. This came from my grandmother's neighbor. I was skeptical (i think the cottage cheese freaked me out), but sold once I made it for a crowd and it dissapeared!

Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 16 ounces muenster cheese, cubed
- 1 - cottage cheese, 16 oz
- 2/3 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
How To Make cheese souffle

Step 1Preheat oven to 375

Step 2Beat together the eggs, milk, salt and sugar.

Step 3Add in the cheese and melted butter.

Step 4Whisk in the flour and baking powder,

Step 5Pour into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.
