Great brunch recipe. This came from my grandmother's neighbor. I was skeptical (i think the cottage cheese freaked me out), but sold once I made it for a crowd and it dissapeared!

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 16 ounces muenster cheese, cubed
  • 1 - cottage cheese, 16 oz
  • 2/3 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

How To Make cheese souffle

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375
  • Step 2
    Beat together the eggs, milk, salt and sugar.
  • Step 3
    Add in the cheese and melted butter.
  • Step 4
    Whisk in the flour and baking powder,
  • Step 5
    Pour into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.
