  • FOR QUICHE

  • 1/4 CUP
    diced red pepper
  • 1/4 CUP
    diced green pepper
  • 1/4 CUP
    diced onion
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 6
    egg whites beaten
  • 3
    whole eggs beaten
  • 1/2 CUP
    milk
  • 1 1/2 c
    diced swiss cheese
  • 8 oz
    baby spinach
  • 4 slice
    coooked bacon crumbled

How to Make CHEESE QUICHE WITH HASH BROWN CRUST

Step-by-Step

  1. LINE SPRING FORM PAN WITH PARCHMENT PAPER , BIOTTOM AND UP SIDES. COAT WITH OLIVE OIL
  2. COMBINE DRAINED HASH BROWNS WITH MELTED BUTTER, EGG AND SPICES
  3. LINE SPRING FORM PAN WITH POTATOES . BOTTOM AND UP SIDES PUSHING TO MAKE CRUST
  4. BAKE IN 400 DEGREE OVEN FOR 15 TO 20 MIN TILL HASH BROWNS CRISP UP AND BROWN SET ASIDE TO COOL
  5. MAKE QUICHE
  6. ADD ONIONS , PEPPERS, AND GARLIC TO SAUTE PAN WITH A LITTLE OLIVE OIL SAUTE TILL SOFT 8 TO 10 MIN , ADD SPINACH SAUTE TILL WILTED COOL
  7. MIX MILK, DICED CHEESE, EGGS , BACON IN A BOWL SEASON TO TASTE
  8. MIX CHEESE MIXTURE INTO VEGETABLES POUR INTO HASH BROWN CRUST BAKE 350 DEGREES 35 TO 45 MIN TILL KNIFE COMES OUT CLEAN IN CENTER
  9. COOL 10 MIN AND REMOVE FROM SPRING FORM PAN...ENJOY
