Ingredients For cheese blintz casserole

  • 2 box
    frozen cheese blintzes
  • 8
    eggs, beaten till foamy
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 4 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    orange juice, fresh
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 pt
    sour cream

How To Make cheese blintz casserole

  • 1
    Melt butter in a 9 x 12 baking dish. Add blintzes and roll in butter to coat.

    Mix all other ingredients and pour over blintzes.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve.
