Ingredients
- 2 boxes frozen cheese blintzes
- 8 - eggs, beaten till foamy
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon orange juice, fresh
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pint sour cream
How To Make cheese blintz casserole

Step 1Melt butter in a 9 x 12 baking dish. Add blintzes and roll in butter to coat.

Step 2Mix all other ingredients and pour over blintzes.

Step 3Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve.
