The camp nurse gave me this recipe, which is similar to my favorite breakfast with the exception of using bacon rather than sausage. She says she uses more eggs for this recipe.

Ingredients For camping calamity

    eggs
  • 1 bag
    hash browns
  • 1
    onion
  • 1 lb
    bacon
  • 10 oz
    or so hunk of cheese

How To Make camping calamity

  • 1
    In fry pan, fry onion and bacon. Add hash browns until desired color. Add eggs until cooked. Then add cheese and allow to melt.
