This is an excellent dish for when you have overnight company for the holidays.

Ingredients

1 pkg
sausage, browned and drained
1 3/4 c
croutons
4 oz
pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
2
eggs
1 1/2 c
milk
1/3 c
green pepper, chopped
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c
milk

How to Make BRUNCH

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown sausage, drain and crumble. Place croutons in a 10 x 6" dish; spread sausage and cheese over croutons.
  • 2Combine two eggs, 1 1/2 cups milk, 1/3 c. chopped green pepper and pour over sausage. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Blend one can Cream of Mushroom soup, 1/4 cup milk and pour over casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes. Let stand five minutes. Very good!!!
