Ingredients
- 1 package sausage, browned and drained
- 1 3/4 cups croutons
- 4 ounces pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
How To Make brunch

Step 1Brown sausage, drain and crumble. Place croutons in a 10 x 6" dish; spread sausage and cheese over croutons.

Step 2Combine two eggs, 1 1/2 cups milk, 1/3 c. chopped green pepper and pour over sausage. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Blend one can Cream of Mushroom soup, 1/4 cup milk and pour over casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes. Let stand five minutes. Very good!!!
