Ingredients
- 6 slices white bread
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 pound saugage, cooked, dranied & crumbled
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons minced onion
- 3 tablespoons diced bell peper, any color
How To Make brunch for a bunch

Step 1Break bread slices into small pieces, spread ito a greased 9x13 in baking dish. Spread crumbled sausage on top of bread.

Step 2Beat eggs until light, beat in the heavy cream. Stir in gtated cheese, onion, & peppers. Pour over bread & sausage.

Step 3refrigerate over night. Preheat oven to 350. Bake 40 to 50 minutes. let sit 20 minutes or more.
