- 2 cups unflavored croutons
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 medium eggs, beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard (dry)
- dash pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 slices bacon
How To Make brunch egg casserole, mom's

Step 1Put croutons and cheese in well greased 10x6 casserole. Combine all but bacon and pour over croutons. Cook bacon until crisp and crumble over the top. Bake at 325 degrees 45-60 minutes. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
