    stale bread - cubed
  • 3/4 lb
    precooked cubed ham
  • 1 1/2 c
    cubed cheddar cheese
  • 5-6 lg
    eggs beaten
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make brunch egg and ham casserole

    Beat eggs

    Add milk, mustard, and salt

    Add rest of ingredients
  • 4
    Melt 1 stick of butter
  • 5
    Let cool
  • 6
    Pour over mixture in greased 9x13 baking dish

    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight

    Bake at 325 for 1 hour
