  • 6-8 slices stale bread - cubed
  • 3/4 pound precooked cubed ham
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed cheddar cheese
  • 5-6 large eggs beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How To Make brunch egg and ham casserole

  • Step 1
    Beat eggs
  • Step 2
    Add milk, mustard, and salt
  • Step 3
    Add rest of ingredients
  • Step 4
    Melt 1 stick of butter
  • Step 5
    Let cool
  • Step 6
    Pour over mixture in greased 9x13 baking dish
  • Step 7
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight
  • Step 8
    Bake at 325 for 1 hour
