4 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
2 lb
sausage, browned
3 c
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
3/4 tsp
dry mustard

How to Make Brunch Casserole - Steph


  • 1Grease bottom of 9 x 13" glass baking dish. Line bottom of dish with bread cubes and smash down. Layer sausage and cheese; about twice.
  • 2Mix eggs with two cups of milk. Pour mixture over layers. Cover and let sit over night. Mix soup with one cup of milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour (covered). 300 degrees for one hour (uncovered). 15 minutes before done, pour the soup mixture over top and sprinkle with more shredded cheese.
