Ingredients
- 10 slices cubed bread
- 4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 pounds sausage, browned
- 6 - eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Step 1Grease bottom of 9 x 13" glass baking dish. Line bottom of dish with bread cubes and smash down. Layer sausage and cheese; about twice.

Step 2Mix eggs with two cups of milk. Pour mixture over layers. Cover and let sit over night. Mix soup with one cup of milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour (covered). 300 degrees for one hour (uncovered). 15 minutes before done, pour the soup mixture over top and sprinkle with more shredded cheese.
