Ingredients
- 1 pound italian sausage
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 - red pepper, chopped
- 10 ounces package chopped spinach, well drained
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup six cheese italian
- 8 - eggs
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mexican style four cheese
How To Make brunch casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 425.

Step 2Brown italian sausage and onions. Drain and put in a 9 x 13 pan.

Step 3Sprinkle red pepper over sausage and onions. Then cover with well drained spinach.

Step 4Blend flour and 6 italian cheese in a bowl. Add eggs, half & half and water and beat together until well blended. Pour over spinach layer

Step 5Bake 20 - 25 minutes in a 425 oven. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella & 1/2 cup mexican style cheese.
