Ingredients

  • 1 pound italian sausage
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 - red pepper, chopped
  • 10 ounces package chopped spinach, well drained
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup six cheese italian
  • 8 - eggs
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mexican style four cheese

How To Make brunch casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425.
  • Step 2
    Brown italian sausage and onions. Drain and put in a 9 x 13 pan.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle red pepper over sausage and onions. Then cover with well drained spinach.
  • Step 4
    Blend flour and 6 italian cheese in a bowl. Add eggs, half & half and water and beat together until well blended. Pour over spinach layer
  • Step 5
    Bake 20 - 25 minutes in a 425 oven. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella & 1/2 cup mexican style cheese.
