Ingredients For brunch casserole
-
1 lbitalian sausage
-
1 cchopped onions
-
1red pepper, chopped
-
10 ozpackage chopped spinach, well drained

1 cflour
-
1/4 csix cheese italian
-
8eggs
-
1 chalf and half
-
1 cwater
-
1/2 cmozzarella cheese
-
1/2 cmexican style four cheese
How To Make brunch casserole

1Preheat oven to 425.

2Brown italian sausage and onions. Drain and put in a 9 x 13 pan.

3Sprinkle red pepper over sausage and onions. Then cover with well drained spinach.

4Blend flour and 6 italian cheese in a bowl. Add eggs, half & half and water and beat together until well blended. Pour over spinach layer

5Bake 20 - 25 minutes in a 425 oven. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella & 1/2 cup mexican style cheese.
