Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 - onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 - garlic cloves, minced
- 4 ounces mushrooms, drained
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 package spinach, chopped, frozen
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 6 - eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk, scalded
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
How To Make brunch casserole

Step 1In skillet, lightly brown ground beef and onion in olive oil.

Step 2Drain well.

Step 3Place in well-greased crock-pot.

Step 4Stir in remaining ingredients except eggs, milk and cheese until well blended.

Step 5Beat eggs and milk together.

Step 6Pour over other ingredients.

Step 7Stir well.

Step 8Dust with additional nutmeg.

Step 9Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 10 hours or until firm.

Step 10Just before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese.
