broccoli cheese breakfast casserole
We seem to make breakfast casseroles mostly at Christmas, or for special occasions (like Victoria's Baptism, the casserole recipe is in JAP). With something so good and easy, I think we should make them much more often!

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground pork sausage
- 1 - chopped onion
- 10 ounces frozen broccoli, thawed
- 6 ounces blend 3 cheddar cheese, divided
- 8 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 - plum tomato, sliced thin
How To Make broccoli cheese breakfast casserole

Step 1Cook sausage and onion, drain. Toss sausage, broccoli, and half cheese, spoon into lightly greased 11x7. Stir together 1/2 cheese, eggs, ricotta, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with last of the cheese and tomato. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 30 min, then 15 min uncovered. Let stand 10 min. Serve.
