Ingredients
- 10 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1/4 cup green bell papper, chopped
- 1/2 pound bulk sausage, browned and drained
- 6 slices bacon, cooked, drained, chopped fine
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 slices bread, with crusts
How To Make breakfast souffle

Step 1Stir milk into eggs, lightly beating the eggs. In frying pan, saute the next 3 ingredients until onion turns translucent. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except egg mixture together. Place bread slices in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Pour egg mixture over top and place in refrigerator overnight. Bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes, or until eggs are set
