  • 10 large
  • 2 c
  • 1/4 c
    onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    green bell papper, chopped
  • 1/2 lb
    bulk sausage, browned and drained
  • 6 slice
    bacon, cooked, drained, chopped fine
  • 8 oz
    sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 slice
    bread, with crusts

How to Make Breakfast Souffle


  1. Stir milk into eggs, lightly beating the eggs. In frying pan, saute the next 3 ingredients until onion turns translucent. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except egg mixture together. Place bread slices in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Pour egg mixture over top and place in refrigerator overnight. Bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes, or until eggs are set
