How to Make Breakfast Skillet
- 1In large skillet, brown sausage. Meanwhile, chop and prepare vegetables.
- 2Remove sausage from skillet, place on plate lined with paper towel to remove excess grease. In skillet, place oil, onions, bell peppers; saute for about 1 minute. Then add potatoes and mushrooms.
- 3Stir vegetables then let cook for 5 minutes on each side to get potatoes to desired crispness, stirring well between each side.
- 4Add eggs and stir in then add sausage back to skillet. top with cheese. Let cook for 1 to 2 more minutes on low until cheese is melted.
