I make this for family and friends when they come over for breakfast. I would like to make it more often but with just my husband and I it is too much.

  • 12 - eggs
  • 9 - slices of kraft american cheese
  • 1 package bob evans sausage gravy
  • 1 pound bob evans sausage
  • 1 package frozen hashbrowns
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make breakfast skillet for a crowd

  • Step 1
    COOK HASHBROWNS IN ELECTRIC SKILLET, WHILE DOING THAT FRY SAUSAGE IN SKILLET, DRAIN
  • Step 2
    CRACK ALL THE EGGS INTO A BOWL AND WHIP LIKE FOR SCRAMBLED EGGS, ADD THE EGGS ON TOP OF THE SAUSAGE, LET THEM COOK
  • Step 3
    WHEN EGGS ARE DONE ADD THE SAUSAGE AND EGG MIXTURE ONTO THE COOKED HASHBROWNS.
  • Step 4
    ADD THE SAUSAGE GRAVY ON TOP OF EVERYTHING IN THE ELECTRIC SKILLET THEN PLACE ALL SLICES OF CHEESE COVER AND LET CHEESE MELT. ENJOY!!! I SERVE WITH HOMEMADE BREAD OR JUST REGULAR TOAST
