- 2 1/4 cups seasoned croutons
- 1 pound sausage
- 6 - eggs, beaten
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 4 ounces can mushrooms
- 2 cups shredded cheese

Step 1Spread croutons in a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Set aside.

Step 2Brown sausage, drain.

Step 3Sprinkle sausage over croutons.

Step 4Combine eggs and next 4 ingredients.

Step 5Mix well, pour over sausage.

Step 6Cover and refrigerate over night.

Step 7Remove from refrigerator. Let stand 30 minutes.

Step 8Bake uncovered at 350 for 50 minutes.
