seasoned croutons
1 lb
eggs, beaten
2 1/4 c
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp
dry mustard
4 oz
can mushrooms
2 c
shredded cheese

How to Make Breakfast Sausage Casserole


  • 1Spread croutons in a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Set aside.
  • 2Brown sausage, drain.
  • 3Sprinkle sausage over croutons.
  • 4Combine eggs and next 4 ingredients.
  • 5Mix well, pour over sausage.
  • 6Cover and refrigerate over night.
  • 7Remove from refrigerator. Let stand 30 minutes.
  • 8Bake uncovered at 350 for 50 minutes.
  • 9Sprinkle cheese and melt.
