I made this recipe up this morning and hoped for the best. It turned out to be so yummy. I hope you try it and like it too.

Ingredients

    eggs (beaten)
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 5 slice
    cooked bacon (crumbled)
  • 4
    cooked sausage patties
  • 3 slice
    spam or ham
  • 1/2 c
    diced onion
  • 1/2 c
    bell pepper diced
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 1 c
    cheese, shredded
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 c
    biscuit mix

How to Make Breakfast Quiche

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Beat eggs,add melted butter,bacon,sausage,spam/ham,onion,bell pepper,salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the cheese and heavy cream,then add the biscuit mix, stir together and pour into a lightly greased casserole dish or deep pie plate place it into a hot preheated oven.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until butter knife inserted comes out clean
