Ingredients

  • 5
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    hash browns, precooked
  • 1 c
    cheese, shredded
  • 1 c
    crumbled precooked breakfast sausage
  • 1 pkg
    refrigerated crescent rolls

How to Make Breakfast Pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat 5 eggs together with 1/4 C milk, set aside.
  2. Press the tube of crescent rolls into an iron skillet.
  3. Top with one the toppings.
  4. Optionally, and in amounts to taste, add chopped onions, chopped bell (or other) peppers, hot sauce and/or salsa, salt and freshly ground black pepper, and/or anything else that you think would be good.
  5. Pour egg mixture evenly over pizza. Bake in preheated 375 - 400 F. degree oven about 30 minutes or until done.
  6. Check often to avoid burning.
  7. Serve immediately.
