Ingredients

  • 5 - eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup hash browns, precooked
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup crumbled precooked breakfast sausage
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls

How To Make breakfast pizza

  • Step 1
    Beat 5 eggs together with 1/4 C milk, set aside.
  • Step 2
    Press the tube of crescent rolls into an iron skillet.
  • Step 3
    Top with one the toppings.
  • Step 4
    Optionally, and in amounts to taste, add chopped onions, chopped bell (or other) peppers, hot sauce and/or salsa, salt and freshly ground black pepper, and/or anything else that you think would be good.
  • Step 5
    Pour egg mixture evenly over pizza. Bake in preheated 375 - 400 F. degree oven about 30 minutes or until done.
  • Step 6
    Check often to avoid burning.
  • Step 7
    Serve immediately.
