Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon, cooked until crisp--reserve 1 tbl. drippings
- 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
- 5 - eggs
- 2-1/2 cup frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1-1/2 cup (4 oz) shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 - green onion--- thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 - drops--liquid pepper sauce
How To Make breakfast pie

Step 1Crumble bacon. Set aside. Mix corn flake crumbs with the 1 Tbl drippings. Set aside.

Step 2In medium-sized bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle with crumbs mixture and bacon. Cover. Refrigerate overnight.

Step 3Morning---remove pan from refrigerator. Uncover and bake in oven at 325* about 50 min or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Great when served with the Save-A-day Coffeecake
