Ingredients
- 4 slices white bread,crust removed
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese,shredded
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces can green chilies, minced
- 6 - eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
How To Make breakfast of champions-chilies rellenos-

Step 1Remove crusts from bread,if desired and butter on one side. Place buttered side down in a 7x11-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese, then with Monterey Jack. Spread chilies evenly over cheese. Beat eggs, add milk and all seasonings, Pour evenly over cheese. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Bake in 325^ oven for 50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
