1 pkgcountry mild pork sausage

10eggs, lightly beaten

3 cmilk

2 tspdry mustard

1 tspsalt

6 ccubed bread (i use french bread)

2 cshredded cheese of choice

1/2 tspblack pepper

1/2 cthin-sliced green onions

2 Tbspbell pepper of choice, finely chopped

How to Make Breakfast/Lunch/Supper Casserole
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees and butter 13x9 baking pan or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cook sausage over medium-high heat until no longer pink, drain.
- In large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, mustard, salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic and onion powder; stir well.
- Layer in pan in the following order: half the bread, half the cheese, half the sausage and half the onions and bell pepper. Repeat layer using the remaining bread, cheese, sausage, onion and bell pepper.
- Pour egg mixture evenly over casserole and bake uncovered for 60 minutes or until eggs are set. If top begings to brown too quickly, tent with foil.
- Individual servings can be topped with salsa, white gravy or extra cheese.
