breakfast lasagne
This is a recipe that we all tried at a food class I attended when I had my home day care. My family and the kids all loved it. You can make the french toast the way you usually make it. I myself just use eggs and sprinkle with a cinnamon sugar mixture. (no milk)

Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 12 slices french toast
- 8 ounces boiled ham, sliced
- 2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 20 ounces apple pie filling
- 1 cup granola
How To Make breakfast lasagne

Step 1In a small bowl, blend sour cream and brown sugar. Chill.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350F. Meanwhile, make french toast and place 6 slices in bottom of greased 9x13" baking pan.

Step 3Layer ham and 2 cups of cheddar cheese and remaining 6 slices of french toast.

Step 4Spread apple pie filling over top, sprinkle with the granola.

Step 5Bake for 25 minutes. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Continue baking about 5-8 minutes.

Step 6Serve with sour cream mixture.
