How to Make Breakfast Hash
- Diced potatoes into 1/2 inch chunks. Add oil (your preference) to skillet. season with salt, pepper and Mrs. Dash. fry until just starting to brown and soft. Drain
- Dice ham into chunks and brown lightly.
Break eggs into bowl and add milk. Beat until mixed.
- Add potatoes to a greased casserole dish, cover with ham, add egg mixture, then grated/crumbled cheese. add seasoning if you wish.
Bake at 350 until eggs are firmly set and cheese is starting to brown. It took mine about 45 minutes.
