breakfast hash
After Thanksgiving, I wanted a good hearty breakfast and we had all this ham leftover...hmmm what to do?? This is what I came up with.

Ingredients
- 2 - baker size white potatoes
- 1 cup diced ham chunks
- 6 - eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pepper jack cheese
- - mrs. dash as needed
- - salt & black pepper
How To Make breakfast hash

Step 1Diced potatoes into 1/2 inch chunks. Add oil (your preference) to skillet. season with salt, pepper and Mrs. Dash. fry until just starting to brown and soft. Drain

Step 2Dice ham into chunks and brown lightly. Break eggs into bowl and add milk. Beat until mixed.

Step 3Add potatoes to a greased casserole dish, cover with ham, add egg mixture, then grated/crumbled cheese. add seasoning if you wish. Bake at 350 until eggs are firmly set and cheese is starting to brown. It took mine about 45 minutes.
