Ingredients

  • 12 - eggs
  • 2 pounds hash browns
  • 1 pound cubed ham
  • 1 - 16oz. sour cream
  • 1 can large can of cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make breakfast hash brown hotdish

  • Step 1
    Scramble the eggs, put aside. Mix all other ingredients and put in casserole dish or cake pan. Pour scrambled eggs on top. Cover. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
