How to Make Breakfast Casserole (Pennsylvania Dutch)
- 1Beat eggs, add milk, salt and mustard, mixing well.
- 2Grease bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish.
- 3Place in layer of bread cubes, the sausage, then cheese.
- 4Pour egg mixture over the top.
- 5Refrigerate overnight.
- 6Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- 7Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting.
- 8NOTE: For 8 people use 3 slices of bread and 8 eggs.
