Ingredients
- 1 - 26oz bags frozen hash browns
- 12 - eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 - 16oz packages sausage
- 1 - 16oz packages shredded cheddar cheese your choice
- - salt and pepper
How To Make breakfast casserole in the crock-pot (slow cooker)

Step 1Spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2Evenly spread hash browns at the bottom.

Step 3Crack 12 eggs in a large bowl.

Step 4Mix well (and slowly) using a whisk.

Step 5Add the milk and gound mustard.

Step 6Add plenty of salt and lots of pepper. Mix well and set aside.

Step 7Cook the sausage on high heat, drain and set aside.

Step 8Layer sausage on top of hash browns.

Step 9Layer entire bag of cheese on top of the sausage.

Step 10Pour the egg mixture evenly over everything in the crock pot.

Step 11Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Step 12NOTE: Some fun variations of this recipe you can add: chunks of sourdough bread diced chiles salsa onions...
