Ingredients
- 6-8 large eggs, beaten
- 16 ounces pork sausage (jimmy dean works great)
- 6-8 slices cooked ham (honey ham tastes great)
- 2 pounds shredded hash brown potatoes
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6-8 slices bread (i prefer white bread for this)
- - prepared gravy (optional)
How To Make breakfast casserole

Step 1in a 13x9 cake pan, press sausage out evenly into the bottom of pan, next place the sliced cooked ham on sausage.

Step 2in seperate bowl, combine eggs and shredded hashbrown potatoes, pour mixture on top of ham and sausage.

Step 3in a 350 degree preheated over, cook sausage, ham, eggs, and potatoes for 45 minutes, remove from oven, add cheese and bread layers on top and place back into oven. bake for an additional 15-30 minutes, depending on your pan (shiny metal, dark metal, or glass).

Step 4serve with gravy on top if desired. (see my peppered gravy recipe)
