Ingredients
- 6 slices white bread, no crust
- 1 pound bulk sausage
- 1/2 package shredded hash brown potatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheddar jack cheese
- 2 cups half and half
- 6 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
How To Make breakfast casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Partially cook sausage in a skillet, remove and set aside.

Step 3Put potatoes in the same skillet and cook.

Step 4Butter a 9x13 pan and line with bread, spread sausage over bread, layer with potatoes, cover with shredded cheese.

Step 5In a separate bowl, beat eggs, half & half, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Pour in pan over bread/sausage/potatoe mixture.

Step 6Bake for 45-60 minutes until eggs are done. Check center of casserole to make sure eggs are not runny.
