Ingredients

  • 6-8 - eggs
  • 1 pound cooked sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 cup milk or half and half

How To Make breakfast casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9 x 13 inch baking pan, place crescent rolls in bottom and flatten. Spread sausage evenly over crescent roll. Beat together eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper if desired. Pour egg mixture over sausage. Spread cheddar cheese evenly over top of egg mixture. Place in oven and bake 30-40 minutes or until center is done.
  • Step 2
    Serve with salsa, sour cream.
  • Step 3
    Add mushrooms,peppers, onions. If desired into egg mixture before baking.
