- 28 ounces bag o'brien potatoes
- 1 pound bacon, fried, and crumbled
- 6 - eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make breakfast casserole

Step 1Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray.

Step 2Prepare potatoes according to package directions.

Step 3While preparing potatoes, fry, cool, and crumble bacon.

Step 4When potatoes are complete, spread in bottom of 9 x 13 pan.

Step 5Beat eggs with milk, pour over potatoes.

Step 6Top with cheddar cheese, then top with bacon crumbles.

Step 7Bake uncovered at 350 F for approximately 50 minutes.
