Ingredients
- 6 slices bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 pound sausage
- 1-1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 - eggs, beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
How To Make breakfast casserole

Step 1Remove crust from bread. Spread butter on bread and place bread in greased 13x9 casserole dish.

Step 2Cook sausage until brown, drain, and then spoon over bread. Sprinkle with cheese.

Step 3Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; mix well. Pour over ingredients in pan. Cover and refrigerate until morning.

Step 4Remove from fridge 15 minutes before cooking. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
