How to Make Breakfast Casserole
- Remove crust from bread. Spread butter on bread and place bread in greased 13x9 casserole dish.
- Cook sausage until brown, drain, and then spoon over bread. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; mix well. Pour over ingredients in pan. Cover and refrigerate until morning.
- Remove from fridge 15 minutes before cooking. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
