  • 1-1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

    eggs, beaten
  • 2 c
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Breakfast Casserole


  1. Remove crust from bread. Spread butter on bread and place bread in greased 13x9 casserole dish.
  2. Cook sausage until brown, drain, and then spoon over bread. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; mix well. Pour over ingredients in pan. Cover and refrigerate until morning.
  4. Remove from fridge 15 minutes before cooking. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
