Ingredients

  • 1 - dozen eggs
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 pound sausage/ham
  • 1 cup cubed cheese1/
  • 1/4 cup milk

How To Make breakfast casserole

  • Step 1
    Scramble eggs until soft but not dry.
  • Step 2
    Saute sausage/ham. drain. Add to eggs.
  • Step 3
    put in 9 x 9 inch deep casserole. Add cheese,
  • Step 4
    Mis soup with 1/4 cup milk. Spread on top.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 235 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. Can be made the day before.
