/ Breakfast Casseroles
1Scramble eggs until soft but not dry.
2Saute sausage/ham. drain. Add to eggs.
3put in 9 x 9 inch deep casserole. Add cheese,
4Mis soup with 1/4 cup milk. Spread on top.
5Bake at 235 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. Can be made the day before.
