  • 3/4 c

    salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 c
    grated mozzarella
  • 1 c
    grated cheddar

How to Make Melissa's Breakfast Casserole


  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish and press crescent rolls in bottom.
  3. Brown sausage in skillet and drain grease.
  4. Layer sausage on top of crescent rolls
  5. Mix together milk, eggs, salt & pepper.
  6. Pour on top of sausage.
  7. Sprinkle cheeses on top.
  8. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until cooked throughout.
