Ingredients For melissa's breakfast casserole

  • 1 can
    crescent rolls
  • 1 lb
    sausage
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 4
    eggs
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 c
    grated mozzarella
  • 1 c
    grated cheddar

How To Make melissa's breakfast casserole

    Preheat oven to 350
  • 2
    Grease a 9x13 casserole dish and press crescent rolls in bottom.

    Brown sausage in skillet and drain grease.

    Layer sausage on top of crescent rolls

    Mix together milk, eggs, salt & pepper.

    Pour on top of sausage.

    Sprinkle cheeses on top.

    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until cooked throughout.
