  • 12 slice
    bread, crusts removed
  • 6 slice
    ham or
  • 1 lb
    sausage, cooked
  • 6 slice
    sharp cheese
  • 6
  • 3 c
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 c
    special k or crispy rice cereal

How to Make Teri's Breakfast Casserole


  1. Butter or spray 9x13 dish generously
  2. Alternate layers of bread, ham, and cheese.
  3. Beat eggs, milk & Seasoning & pour over bread
  4. Refrigerate overnight
  5. Before baking, sprinkle with cereal.
  6. Bake 1 hour in 325 oven.
