Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 12 - eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 6 slices wheat bread
- 2 cups graded cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make breakfast casserole

Step 11. Cook sausage. while sausage is cooking, mix the other ingredients except the cheese and bread, together. Coat a casserole dish with melted butter.

Step 22. Drain the cooked sausage. Place bread in buttered casserole dish then layer the sausage on bread slices. Once this is done pour egg mixture over the sausage then top with cheese.

Step 33. Cover dish and refrigerate overnight, next morning preheat over at 350 degrees and bake for 1 hr and 10 minutes
