jimmy dean sausage (tube)
8 oz
diced ham
1 c
bacon (fried crisp & crumbled)
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
cream of potato soup
4 c
shreddded raw potato
1 to 1-1/2 c
1 qt
egg substitute
1 to 1-1/2 c
shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Breakfast Casserole


  • 1Put bacon in a skillet and cook until crispy and lay on a paper towel to drain. Place sausage & diced ham in a skillet and cook until sausage is done. Place all sausage, ham & bacon on the bottom of a casserole (9x13) baking dish.
  • 2Spread shredded potatoes over meat mixture. Pour eggs over the potatoes.
  • 3In a medium mixing bowl add, soups & milk. Mix well and pour over potatoes.
  • 4Bake at 375 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours; remove top with cheese and bake another 10 min.
