  • 1 pkg
    jimmy dean sausage (tube)
  • 8 oz
    diced ham
  • 1 c
    bacon (fried crisp & crumbled)
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of potato soup
  • 4 c
    shreddded raw potato
  • 1 to 1-1/2 c
  • 1 qt
    egg substitute
  • 1 to 1-1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Breakfast Casserole


  1. Put bacon in a skillet and cook until crispy and lay on a paper towel to drain. Place sausage & diced ham in a skillet and cook until sausage is done. Place all sausage, ham & bacon on the bottom of a casserole (9x13) baking dish.
  2. Spread shredded potatoes over meat mixture. Pour eggs over the potatoes.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl add, soups & milk. Mix well and pour over potatoes.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours; remove top with cheese and bake another 10 min.
