Ingredients
- 1 package jimmy dean sausage (tube)
- 8 ounces diced ham
- 1 cup bacon (fried crisp & crumbled)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 4 cups shreddded raw potato
- 1 to 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1 quart egg substitute
- 1 to 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make breakfast casserole

Step 1Put bacon in a skillet and cook until crispy and lay on a paper towel to drain. Place sausage & diced ham in a skillet and cook until sausage is done. Place all sausage, ham & bacon on the bottom of a casserole (9x13) baking dish.

Step 2Spread shredded potatoes over meat mixture. Pour eggs over the potatoes.

Step 3In a medium mixing bowl add, soups & milk. Mix well and pour over potatoes.

Step 4Bake at 375 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours; remove top with cheese and bake another 10 min.
