Ingredients

  • 1 package jimmy dean sausage (tube)
  • 8 ounces diced ham
  • 1 cup bacon (fried crisp & crumbled)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 4 cups shreddded raw potato
  • 1 to 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 1 quart egg substitute
  • 1 to 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make breakfast casserole

  • Step 1
    Put bacon in a skillet and cook until crispy and lay on a paper towel to drain. Place sausage & diced ham in a skillet and cook until sausage is done. Place all sausage, ham & bacon on the bottom of a casserole (9x13) baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Spread shredded potatoes over meat mixture. Pour eggs over the potatoes.
  • Step 3
    In a medium mixing bowl add, soups & milk. Mix well and pour over potatoes.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 375 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours; remove top with cheese and bake another 10 min.
