Ingredients
- 8 slices bread - buttered, trim & cube
- 1 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 pound cooked sausage, ham, or bacon
- 8 - eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups milk
- 6 - green onions, chopped fine
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- dash red pepper
How To Make breakfast casserole

Step 1Place bread in a 9 x 13 baking dish, sprinkle with cheese. Add meat.

Step 2Beat eggs and milk, add spices and pour on top of meat.

Step 3Cover and Refrigerate over night.

Step 4Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place dish in over and back 55 minutes. Remove cover last 5 minutes of baking time.
