- 1 package frozen o'brien hashbrowns (32 oz)
- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 8 large eggs, slightly beaten
How To Make breakfast casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Spray 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Place hashbrowns in prepared dish.

Step 2Cut bacon into small pieces and fry until crisp. Sprinkle cooked bacon over potatoes.

Step 3In bowl, stir together eggs, cheese and seasonings. Pour eggs over potatoes and bacon. Bake for 45 minutes or until eggs are set.
