1 lbturkey bacon
1 cshredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsponion powder
8 largeeggs, slightly beaten
How to Make Breakfast Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Spray 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Place hashbrowns in prepared dish.
- Cut bacon into small pieces and fry until crisp. Sprinkle cooked bacon over potatoes.
- In bowl, stir together eggs, cheese and seasonings. Pour eggs over potatoes and bacon. Bake for 45 minutes or until eggs are set.
