Very east to make. We usually have it for supper. I am not much of a breakfast eater.

Ingredients

  • 1 package crescent rolls
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 pound bacon
  • - hash brown potato patties
  • 12 slices american cheese
  • 12 - eggs
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make breakfast casserole

  • Step 1
    heat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
    In a 9 x 13 pan place crescent rolls closing all the seams. place 6 pieces of cheese on top of crescent rolls put hash brown potato patties on top of cheese then put 6 more slices of cheese on top of potatoes
  • Step 3
    In a skillet fry sausage. In same skillet cut up bacon and fry till crispy. Mean while in a bowl scramble 12 eggs add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 4
    Pour eggs over the stuff in pan. Put sausage and bacon on top and cook in the oven for 30 mins. Might take a little longer.
