Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1/2 pound frozen hash browns
- 1/2 small red bell pepper
- 1/2 small yellow onion
- 4 ounces fresh mushrooms.. sliced
- 1 teaspoon chopped celery leaves
- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese... divided
- - salt and paper... to taste
- 1-2 dash this is the secert item]... liquid smoke
How To Make breakfast casarole

Step 1in lg fry pan cook sausage til no longer pink,drain well, add onion,bell pepper cook til onion limp,add celery leaves and mushrooms cook and stir 5-8 min than add hash brownies stir well

Step 2meanwhile break eggs into med size bowl with wire wisk whip eggs til frothy add milk,cheese, salt and pepper..set aside

Step 3spray a 9x13 ovenware pan with non stick spray..add sausage to pan... just before adding to meat add a couple dashes liquid smoke in eggs whisk well to blend......pour over meat

Step 4bake in 350 preheated oven til set...35-45 min
