Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb
    bulk pork sausage
  • 1/2 lb
    frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 small
    red bell pepper
  • 1/2 small
    yellow onion
  • 4 oz
    fresh mushrooms.. sliced
  • 1 tsp
    chopped celery leaves
  • 6 large
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 c
    sharp cheddar cheese... divided
  • ·
    salt and paper... to taste
  • 1-2 dash(es)
    this is the secert item]... liquid smoke

How to Make breakfast casarole

Step-by-Step

  1. in lg fry pan cook sausage til no longer pink,drain well, add onion,bell pepper cook til onion limp,add celery leaves and mushrooms cook and stir 5-8 min than add hash brownies stir well
  2. meanwhile break eggs into med size bowl with wire wisk whip eggs til frothy add milk,cheese, salt and pepper..set aside
  3. spray a 9x13 ovenware pan with non stick spray..add sausage to pan... just before adding to meat add a couple dashes liquid smoke in eggs whisk well to blend......pour over meat
  4. bake in 350 preheated oven til set...35-45 min
