- 8 - eggs
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 cup milk
- 1 - half red pepper, diced
- 1 package sliced mushrooms
- 1 - half sweet onion, diced
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 1 pound grated pepper jack cheese or cheese of your choice

Step 1Brown sausage, vegetables together. In separate bowl, beat eggs , half and half, milk. Spray 9x13 pan, tare bread into small pieces, place in pan. Spread meat mixture over the bread, pour milk and egg mixture over bread, sprinkle grated cheese over all. Bake 350 for 45 min...
